I just lost my Chantilly-Tiffany to intestinal lymphoma. She was everything you described. Such a beautiful girl and sweet spirit! She showed up on my doorstep one summer day and demanded I let her in. The rest is history!
If you know where I could buy one here in the US I would be so appreciative.

Chantilly tiffany cats are black long haired with a tint of brown under the light. Their undercoat is fully white, giving them a charcoal look. I find this is often left out, as it is what makes them so rare. It is the cutest thing when you shave them.
My little Peaches is the sweetest thing. She is super affectionate with her brothers and us. She has a high pitched squeaky meow and sometimes it's more of a silent breath. She also still suckles when she is happy

I have a black Chantilly cat. I have never had a cat who is so devoted to me. He follows me everywhere and sometimes, he runs to me, stands up and reaches for me to pick him up and hold him. He chirps and talks constantly and plays well with my other cats. He pats my face and gives me kisses. He sleeps with me. His life revolves around cuddle sessions. I would recommend a Chantilly to anyone who wants a devoted companion cat. He is like having an affectionate little child but he is far sweeter. I love my Chantilly. I had him altered because I am not a breeder and I think it made him even sweeter.

I was looking for a new cat at the pound. It needed to be OK outdoors. The folks there pointed me to her. She'd been picked up pregnant. Estimated to be three years old. Took a bit of struggle to get her into the carrier. She may have been through some stressful times. The right ear top is gone. Makes her look piratical. She is social, but on her terms. It takes a while to be her friend. Gorgeous coat going from milk to dark chocolate, and those intense yellow eyes. Vocal trills and chirps, not loud though.
Circumstances brought a one year old spotty macerel Oriental home about a half year later. A long tall kitty. They've become an interesting pairing. He thinks he should be dominate, and though she'll hiss and spit at him when he has chased her. She is not intimidated. She will stalk and attack him occasionally, and he will retreat. No real fur has flown. They seem to find each other interesting.
The coat seems seasonal. The neck ruff and the rearleg pantaloons grow out for the winter. Normally I see no shedding. If she wants something in the middle of the night and you ignore her. You get to feel what damp nose on your face feels like. She came with the name Midnight, which I still use, with other names. I hope she and Roger hang around for a long time.

We have a Chantilly kitten who showed up unexpected on our back deck in the middle of winter. Longhair, black fur tinged with grey with those large green eyes peering out of very round "Oscar the Grouch" shaped face". We knew he was a special breed. Thank you for the pictures and the accurate descriptions - he follows me everywhere and chirps at the birds outside. I'd recently lost our Maine Coon cat who'd shared his life with us these past 18 years. It has been a painful time in which I slowly accepted that movement seen out of the corner of my eyes was not him. I told myself, no more animals as it hurt too much to lose an old furry friend. Then this baby shows up and the crazy antics and love fest begins again. Got to love cats.
